HOW TO CREATE A doTERRA MEMBER ACCOUNT

Congratulations on deciding to create a doTERRA membership account and welcome to our team (doTERRA Spanda Team)! We are your consultants – Simona Dărăbant and Dan Oros – doTERRA Diamond Wellness Advocate.

We assure you that you will receive from us all the support and guidance you need, whether you have chosen to become a consumer (Wholesale Costumer) or you have chosen to become a doTERRA (Wellness Advocate) consultant.

We have over 4 years of experience in the use of doTERRA essential oils and we are certified aromatherapists & phytotherapists.

Introduction

In this material you are guided, step by step, in the process of creating a doTERRA membership account (how to place a doTERRA order / doTERRA registration).

If you want to buy doTERRA essential oils (place a doTERRA order / doTERRA registration) with discounts between 25-55% compared to the retail price (membership price), to have access to promotions, to the loyalty reward program ( LRP) etc. you need to create a membership account on the doTERRA website.

There are two ways you can create a doTERRA membership account (place a doTERRA order / doTERRA registration):

1. if you want to set up a package of products yourself (with which products you want), you pay a fee of € 23.75 – which gives you access to doTERRA membership benefits:

access to membership prices – 25–55% lower than the retail price,
access to the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) through which for each order placed you receive loyalty points between 10-30% of the order value,
you will receive a doTERRA consultant, who will provide you with the information and advice necessary for the correct use of essential oils and other doTERRA products (is the person under / through whom you create your account),
access to regular promotions that doTERRA offers to consumers and consultants,
virtual office on the doTERRA website,
product catalog
and so on

2. you purchase an “Enrollment kit” (a product package predefined / configured by doTERRA – registration kit), in which case you have all the benefits from point 1 and in addition you have the registration fee (of 23.75 €) canceled. The registration kits also have discounts compared to the deposit price (the one 25% lower), so you benefit from a discount at a discount. We recommend this registration option.

If you add an “Enrollment Kit” to the doTERRA order in the cart, the registration fee is zero.

We recommend HOME ESSENTIALS KIT (product code 60207351) – in which you have the most frequently used 10 essential oils.

Below is a step-by-step explanation of how to create your doTERRA account (place a doTERRA order).

At “ENROLLER ID” (if 4324596 does not appear by default) enter 4324596.

click on the red button below (“Register on the doTERRA website”) and you will be directed to a page on the doTERRA website
choose your country at “Choose your country”

give „Continue” and you will reach another page

choose the type of account you want: “Wholesale Costumer” or “Wellness Advocate”. If you are not sure that you want to become a Consultant, we recommend you to choose the „Wholesale Costumer” option. Whenever you want, from your account, without any other investment, by clicking on a button, you can change your status from Consumer to Consultant. After you have chosen the desired option, give „Continue” and you will reach another page
now you have to enter your personal data, then check that you agree to the terms and conditions, give „Continue” and you will be directed to another page. Make sure that “ID Enroller” is 4324596 – SPANDA NATURAL SOLUTIONS SRL and that at “time zone” you selected “Helisinki, Riga, Cairo (GMT + 2)”.

now enter the package code (in the case of Home Essentials Kit – 60207351) as in the image below, click on the package and it will appear in the cart. If you want to order other kits or individual products, enter a few letters of their name (or their code) and you will be able to select them.
If you want to create an account (place a doTERRA order) by paying the fee of € 23.75, then add to the cart “Essential Booklet + Enrollment Fee” (# 60208099), and then add to the cart the products you want. When you order a doTERRA predefined enrollment kit this package is free.

after you have entered the package in the cart, the page looks like this (for now, it shows you the price without transport):

check “My billing address is the same as my delivery address”
click on „View Totals” to see the price with transport
click on the „Process order now and continue” button
a window will open where you will have to enter the card data. The card number, from 16 digits grouped by 4, is entered without spaces, and the expiration year is entered with 4 digits (eg 09/2022, not 09/22). You can find the security code on the back of the card – these are the 3 digits on the far right.
at this moment the creation of the doTERRA account has been completed
You are asked if you choose to preset an LRP (Loyalty Rewards Program) command. You can choose „no” and preset it later, or you can preset it on the spot. We recommend that you select „yes” and preset an LRP order of at least 125 HP, on the 15th of the following month, because on this loyalty program you have access to all the benefits. To see how to preset the LRP click on „Set LRP”.

At “ENROLLER ID” (if 4324596 does not appear by default) enter 4324596.

After entering the ID, click on „Verify ID” and the name „SPANDA NATURAL SOLUTIONS SRL” should appear.
